Dosa Rush started with a simple idea, bring a little extra joy (and a lot of flavour) to Columbus.
Indian food is often experienced in a limited way. We wanted to change that, to create something bold, vibrant, and a little unexpected. Rooted in the flavors of Southern India, where dosa was a constant part of growing up, Dosa Rush comes from years of watching, learning, and cooking — building a deep, personal connection with the food.

At the center of it all is the dosa, a thin, crispy crepe made from rice and lentils, light yet satisfying. Traditionally vegetarian, we’re giving it a twist. At Dosa Rush, we pair this classic with flavorful chicken fillings and modern takes that push boundaries while staying rooted in tradition. It’s comfort food, reimagined.
Founded by Naren, a Buckeye who is a lawyer turned food dreamer - Dosa Rush is about sparking curiosity, creating joy, and changing how people experience Indian food.
